Not my favorite haircut so far but it did the job and was evenly cut. The girls were all super sweet and kind and can tell they did their best but it was more expensive than any other cut I've ever had anywhere else. I was told that the MVP cut would be a hot towel and a neck massage I was not expecting that it would be a 60 second long handheld Amazon vibrating massager on the lowest setting with 30 seconds on each shoulder, and maybe a minute of a hot towel on my face. It was just not what I was expecting. My wife got literally an inch trimmed off of her hair, no wash, nothing else but a 5-7 minute long trim of dead ends and they charged her for the full $25 MVP cut. I asked them why they charged her that much and they said that it was normal to charge a new client for the highest price cut regardless of the cut they got since they're a new client. That doesn't sound right to me, it should literally be the opposite, a new client anywhere else would get a better, discounted price first then full price services afterwards. Overall I won't deduct any stars from the girls themselves. They were super sweet and did a good job but the pricing and the quality of the side services did not meet my expectations for what it was made out to be from people that have been there in the past. I thought the towel and massage would have been a much more premium experience than it was and honestly, without a better way to put it, it was super cheesy. A hot towel is a hot towel but the length of time could have made a bigger difference. I would highly recommend that you just get the cheapest cut you can get and omit the side services as they are totally not worth the price at all and make sure they charge you for the cheapest price. I'm really not impressed with charging my wife for the max price for the least amount of cut you can possibly get. Again I do NOT blame anyone working there as they just cut the hair, not make the rules. I would highly recommend not charging newcomers for the most expensive cut. Overall I got an MVP, my wife got a single inch trimmed with no wash or side services and a $13 product and we paid $64+. That is the steepest I've ever paid without a tip included. Having to pay just under $75 with the tip for all of the above is not a good value. I usually always tip my hairdressers at least $10 for each cut and the unexpected price left me giving them about $3 each. I'm not sure I'll be going back but I won't say anything other than to omit the side services to anyone else for the best possible value.
